My Story
I know what it’s like to struggle. Growing up, I battled weight issues and spent years yo-yo dieting. I’d find something that seemed to work, only to slide back into old habits.
It wasn’t until I stopped relying on hacks and started building habits that everything changed. I leaned into the same discipline I use in my career as a tech consultant and applied it to my fitness journey. Through consistent effort, education, and experimentation, I found what actually works — not just to lose fat, but to maintain a lean and strong body long term.
Now, I help others do the same.

My coaching style is built on structure and accountability. We use a macronutrient-based approach, tracking food intake, weight, sleep, energy, and stress. Every week, we review your data and make smart, strategic adjustments that keep you moving toward your goals.
